Delivery and Returns

For our larger fire pits, 45cm and above we will only use ‘dpd local’ couriers to send your fire pit to you and you will get a tracking number. All our fire pits are tied securely into a bundle and sent in reused bubble wrap.

Whilst flat, sadly this will not fit through a letterbox. You do not need to sign for the package.

We reserve the right to change the courier we use without notice should we need to, however we will endeavour to keep you informed at all stages.



Our designs, available ‘off the shelf’, which are not personalised in any way are able to be cancelled provided they have not yet been despatched to you via our courier.

Personalised orders for our custom fire pits are able to be cancelled right up until you approve the final design in writing. Once you have given your written approval on the design, full payment is taken at this point and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded as sadly we will not be able to sell it to anyone else as it has been made to your design.



If you’ve bought one of our designs and then decide that you don’t like it, you can send it back to us if it is un-used in it’s original packaging at your own cost for a full refund on the item only using the same payment method as you used to buy the items.


Damages in transit

On the rare occasion that there are any damages in transit, these need to be reported immediately to the courier if they are still with you, if not then please send us some photos of the damage as soon as you can so we can arrange collection of the damaged goods for either a full refund or a replacement.
